  • 1.We discuss scope and estimate hours needed.
  • 2.Hours are tracked and reported transparently each week.

Terms & Conditions

1.Payment
  • -A 50% upfront deposit is required before any work begins.
  • -The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final design files.
  • -Payment is accepted via bank transfer (BCA/Mandiri/Dana/GoPay).
2.Revisions
  • -Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (see package details above).
  • -A "revision round" covers feedback collected and submitted at one time.
  • -Revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged as an add-on.
  • -Major scope changes (adding new pages, changing the core concept) are not considered revisions and will be quoted separately.
3.Timeline
  • -Estimated delivery: Starter (5-7 days), Standard (10-14 days), Premium (15-25 days).
  • -Timelines begin after the deposit is received and project brief is confirmed.
  • -Rush delivery (less than 50% of standard timeline) is available at +30% of total price.
4.Deliverables & Ownership
  • -All final design files will be delivered via Figma.
  • -Full ownership and rights transfer to the client upon final payment.
  • -Source files and assets are included in all packages.
5.Communication
  • -Project updates and check-ins via WhatsApp or email.
  • -Feedback should be consolidated and submitted in writing for each revision round.
  • -Response time: within 1 business day on weekdays.
6.Cancellation & Refund
  • -If cancelled before work begins, a full refund of deposit will be issued.
  • -If cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • -Completed work up to cancellation point remains property of the client.
7.Scope & Disclaimer
  • -Prices listed are starting rates and may vary based on project complexity.
  • -This rate card does not include front-end development or coding.
  • -A free 30-minute consultation is available before committing to any package.
